Directions to Whitby School

From the Merritt Parkway

From the North (New Haven): Take Exit 29, Lake Avenue, Greenwich. Turn right at the end of the ramp onto Old Mill Road. Turn left at the stop sign onto Lake Avenue. Continue straight 1.3 miles. The entrance to the school is on the right.

From the South (New York City): Take Exit 29, Lake Avenue, Greenwich, CT. Merge onto Old Mill Lane. Turn left at the stop sign onto Lake Avenue. Continue straight 1.7 miles. The entrance to the school is on the right.

From I-95, Connecticut Turnpike

From the East (New Haven): Take Exit 3, Arch Street, Greenwich, CT. Turn right at the end of the ramp onto Arch Street. Proceed through two traffic lights. Bear left onto Sound View Drive. Bear right at top of hill onto Field Point Road. Bear left at second traffic light.  At third traffic light, proceed across West Putnam Avenue (US Route 1) onto Deerfield Drive. Take the second road on the left, Lake Avenue, off the traffic circle. (Follow signs for Merritt Parkway.) Continue straight on Lake Avenue 5.8 miles. The entrance to the school is on the right.

From the West (New York City): Take Exit 3, Arch Street, Greenwich, CT. Turn left at the end of the ramp onto Arch Street. Pass under highway. Follow directions from Arch Street as stated above.
