8th Grade Design students at Whitby School kicked off the year with a unit that is giving them hands-on understanding of how a design firm handles client requests. Under the guidance of Upper School Design Teacher, Mr. Lohmeyer, the students have taken on their very first client — Whitby School's marketing department — to develop the rules, guidelines and judging criteria for our 60th anniversary logo contest.

The winning entry of this contest will become the official logo of Whitby's 60th Anniversary Celebration in 2018!

Whitby School is looking for an eye catching logo design
for the school's 60th Anniversary! We are seeking current Whitby students to design an innovative, creative, and professional looking design. This design will be the cornerstone of this celebration and will help promote this special year in Whitby history. The winning logo will be used in all promotional materials, inside and outside of Whitby School.
