An invitation to the 2025 graduation will be mailed to each family. Additional copies of the printed invitation are available and will be sent home with each student so that you can invite additional family and friends to attend the graduation.

Please click here to RSVP for the Graduation Ceremony. For planning purposes, it is important that we understand how many people will be attending the ceremony. There is no limit to the number of guests a student may invite. 

We have arranged for our 8th-grade students and their families to have portraits taken by professional photographers before the graduation ceremony. Boutonnieres and corsages will be given to the students during the photo sessions.

All photos will be taken BEFORE the Graduation Ceremony, starting at 3:15 PM by the Pond. There will be a choice of time slots available on a first-come basis. Should the weather not cooperate, photo sessions will be moved to an indoor location

Photo files will be emailed to each family as soon as they become available. 

Reserving Your Time Slot

Reserving your spot is on a first-come basis. Click here to view the reservation spreadsheet and select your time slot. If you cannot make it to the family photo session, we have a limited number of time slots immediately following the graduation ceremony. 

Post-Photo/Pre-Ceremony Parent Area

After your photo session, you are invited to relax in the special Class of 2025 space (location TBD) while waiting to enter the Athletic Center for the Graduation Ceremony (doors open at 5:00 PM). 

Please remember that all graduates must be gathered at the PAC patio no later than 5:00 PM to allow time for class photos before processing into the Athletic Center.

• Students are expected to be on the PAC patio no later than 5:00 PM.
• Students should come in the clothes they are wearing for the ceremony. 
• Class photos will be taken before the ceremony. These photos will be shared as soon as they are available. 
• Students will enter the Athletic Center promptly at 5:30 PM. 

The Athletic Center doors will open at 5:00 PM. We ask that everyone is seated by 5:15 PM.

Friends and family can view the entire graduation ceremony via live streaming. We will share the link as we get closer to the graduation date.

Live streaming the graduation ceremony allows all your family and friends to celebrate with you. To make it easy for you, we are providing suggested invitation wording you can copy and paste into your personal email.
